- Interpret the four core symbology rules:
- Callout 1 (Color - Vacancy Rate): Green = healthy vacancies (> 20%), Yellow = constrained (10% to 20%), Red = critical crisis (< 10% or zero), Grey = stale telemetry (> 60 mins).
- Callout 2 (Outer Ring - PM-JAY Status): Green halo ring indicates Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY empanelment; absence indicates non-empanelled.
- Callout 3 (Shape - Governance): Circular pin represents Government facility; Square pin represents Private hospital.
- Callout 4 (Pulsing Red Border): Severe ICU saturation alert requiring immediate intervention.
