All public and empanelled private hospitals within the district and adjacent border corridors.

District Nodal Officer, Ayushman Mitras, and Emergency 108 Dispatchers.

Verified PM-JAY beneficiary status and clinical specialty requirement.

If an empanelled hospital reports zero beds despite valid capacity, cross-reference with their last update timestamp.
